For our UAB Sigma Xi monthly seminar for February we will be joining the UAB Department of Biology 2021 Darwin Day seminar on Friday Feb 12 at noon. The seminar is entitled “Behind the Science at UAB: Integrating Research and Medicine to Respond to the Pandemic”. The panelists are:
- NATHAN ERDMANN, MD, PhD is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases at UAB.
- PAUL GOEPFERT, MD is a Professor of Medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases at UAB and Director of the Alabama Vaccine Research Clinic at UAB.
- JEANNE MARRAZZO, MD, MPH, Professor of Medicine and Director of the Division of Infectious Diseases at UAB and member of the Alabama Governor Kay lvey's COVID-19 Task Force.
