The Ohio State Chapter of Sigma Xi is looking for judges to evaluate projects at Ohio Academy of Science State Science Day. This will be at 8 am on May 13, 2017 at the French Field House (460 Woody Hayes Dr. Columbus, OH 43210) at The Ohio State University. Each year, thousands of students from all over Ohio complete independent research projects. These students present their research at the local and the District level, and the highest-rated projects go on to compete at State Science Day. This event is the high-point of student-based scientific-research, and in 2017 it will be entering its 69th year.
Our Sigma Xi chapter sponsors two special awards, the Interdisciplinary Research Award and the Science of Evolution Award.
