President Elect/Vice President (serves as President in second year): Attends the annual meeting of Sigma Xi during the fall; Provides help to the president in overseeing the local membership; helps to plan the Spring awards ceremony.
Executive Secretary (2 years, renewable): Oversees member induction process; Keeps membership lists, and initiates all correspondence with membership; takes minutes at each meeting.
Treasurer (2 years, renewable): Develops a yearly budget; Keeps track of incoming and outgoing funds; makes twice yearly annual reports to the local membership on Sigma Xi funds; Provides an annual treasurers report to membership.
