Due by August 15, 2015, the Chapter Annual Report is designed to assist you in transition from Sigma Xi fiscal year to fiscal year AND does most of the work for you in retaining the chapter's Good Standing status. A chapter in Good Standing receives local support payments which, as you know, are a wonderful financial resource for you as chapter leader!
Annual Reports submitted by August 15th are eligible for review for the Chapter of Excellence Award and the Chapter Program of Excellence Award!
The Chapter Annual Report will prompt you to:
• list chapter activities for the past fiscal year (July 1, 2014, through June 30, 2015);
• list chapter officers for the upcoming fiscal year (July 1, 2015, through June 30, 2016); and
• inform Sigma Xi Chapter Services of the delegate who will represent your chapter at the Sigma Xi Annual Meeting that will be held October 22-25, 2015, in Kansas City, Missouri.
